Terms and Conditions

Refunds: Orders are normally dispatched by 1pm of the same or next working day. If you have changed your mind for any reason please contact us via e-mail for a 100% immediate refund.

Under the long distance selling regulations you are entitled to return the goods within 7 days for a refund providing the equipment is returned undamaged and in its original packaging. Carriage will not be refunded. If you wish to return the goods please contact us within the seven days and let us know how you will be returning them to us.

If there is a technical issue with the product within one calendar year of purchase we will either fix the problem or send out a replacement item or part. The warranty is return to base and each party is responsible for their own carriage charges.

Carriage will be provided through a reputable courier company through a tracking system.

NOTE: IT IS INCUMBENT UPON YOU TO VERIFY THAT THE GOODS ARE DELIVERED TO YOU IN A REASONABLE CONDITION AND IF YOU SIGN FOR THEM WITHOUT FULL INSPECTION THEN YOU CARRY AN ELEMENT OF RISK. IF IN DOUBT WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU WRITE THE WORDS "GOODS NOT CHECKED" OR IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED WRITE "PACKAGING DAMAGED/ GOODS NOT CHECKED" Our couriers are very good but if there is an issue they need to know that you had carried out your part of the process and you must get back to us within 24 hours of delivery.
